Review organization activity

View as markdown

Activity gives organization administrators a chronological record of important changes to an organization. Use it to understand what changed, who made the change, and which member, policy, or organization setting was affected.

  1. Open your account menu and select Organizations.
  2. Select the organization you want to review.
  3. Select Activity.

The newest changes appear first. Each entry includes:

  • A short description of the change
  • An Organization, Settings, Policy, Member, or Activity category
  • When the change happened
  • The email address of the person who made it
  • The affected member, policy, or organization setting when one is available

On a computer, hover over a relative time, such as “3 hours ago,” to see its full date and time.

Select an entry with an expand arrow to see its details. Bearly presents changed fields as a before-and-after comparison—for example, a member role changing from Member to Admin, or a policy setting changing from Allowed to Disabled.

Some grouped settings are summarized as Previous settings and Changed settings rather than displaying every nested value.

Activity records these organization-management events:

  • Organization creation
  • Organization name and default-policy changes
  • Policy creation, editing, and deletion
  • Member additions, edits, and removals
  • Changes to member roles, names, assigned policies, and spending limits

Activity is a history of organization administration. It does not list chats, prompts, model calls, project work, or general member usage.

Select Load more at the end of the list to retrieve the next set of older changes. Continue until Load more no longer appears.

If no entries are available, Bearly shows No organization changes recorded yet. This can mean that no supported organization changes have happened since Activity began recording them.

If Bearly shows an error, select Retry. If the problem continues, confirm that you are still an organization administrator, then reopen Organizations → your organization → Activity.
