Cancel your Bearly subscription
Cancel the subscription through the payment source that sold it. Your Billing page identifies whether Bearly, Apple, or a team manages the plan.
Subscription purchased on the web
Section titled “Subscription purchased on the web”- Open the account menu and select Billing & Pro. You can also open App Settings → Billing.
- Under Current Plan, select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation in the secure billing page that opens.
- Return to Bearly and reopen Billing. The plan should show Cancels on followed by the end date.
The plan normally remains available through the displayed billing-period end. To undo a scheduled cancellation before that date, select Reactivate under Current Plan.
Subscription purchased in the iOS app
Section titled “Subscription purchased in the iOS app”- Open Bearly on the iPhone or iPad used for the subscription.
- Open App Settings → Billing.
- Under Current Plan, select Cancel Subscription or Manage Account.
- In Apple’s subscription screen, choose Bearly and confirm the cancellation.
If you are outside the iOS app, Bearly shows Manage in iOS App because Apple controls the subscription. You can also open the iPhone or iPad Settings app, select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions → Bearly.
Team-managed plan
Section titled “Team-managed plan”If Billing shows Team-Managed Billing, the subscription belongs to the team. Ask a team administrator to change the plan, or select Contact Support for billing help. Removing your member account does not cancel the team’s subscription.
If the cancellation does not appear
Section titled “If the cancellation does not appear”- Reopen Billing and confirm you signed in to the Bearly account that purchased the plan.
- For an App Store purchase, select Restore in Bearly, then check Apple’s subscription screen again.
- For a web purchase, select Manage Account to review the billing portal directly.
- If a renewal or charge still looks wrong, email support@bearly.ai with the Bearly account email and the charge date. Do not email card details.
See Manage billing and review usage for plan changes, invoices, credits, and usage.
