Review organization usage

View as markdown

The organization Usage view answers two different questions: how much the organization used overall, and which members and models account for that activity. It reports AI calls and their cost; it is separate from an individual member’s credit meter and personal App SettingsUsage page.

  1. Open your account menu and select Organizations.
  2. Select the managed organization you administer.
  3. Select Usage in the organization navigation.
  4. Choose 1 mo, 3 mo, 6 mo, or 12 mo to set the reporting window.

The summary cards update to show:

  • Spend across the selected window.
  • Calls made by members in that window.
  • Active members, shown against the total number of members in the report.
  • Top model, based on the organization’s usage during the window.

Changing the window reloads the report and closes any expanded member row.

Under Members, each row shows the member’s name and email, total calls, cost, and most-used model. Select a member to expand two breakdowns:

  • Models lists that member’s calls and cost for each model.
  • Months divides the same activity by calendar month.

Use Search members to filter by name or email. A member with no activity in the selected period remains visible with No usage, making it easier to distinguish an inactive account from a missing one.

  • If Usage is missing, confirm that you are an administrator of a managed organization and ask Bearly Support whether the report is available for the organization.
  • If the page says Could not load usage., check the connection, leave the tab, and open it again.
  • If search says No members match your search., clear or shorten Search members.
  • If totals look unexpectedly small, check the selected month window and expand the relevant member to compare the Models and Months rows.
  • For an individual allowance, reset date, or credit boost, use Manage billing and review usage.
