Share the work from your chat

Bearly can now turn the work in a conversation into a Page you can send to someone else. Select Share in the chat header, review the result, and publish a link. The Page includes artwork and a short brief that readers can use to continue in their own Bearly chat. Your full conversation is not shared.

A useful result often takes a few attempts. You ask a question, add context, change your mind, and work through a revision. The person receiving the result usually needs enough context to understand it, without having to follow every exchange that produced it.

Sharing gives that work a readable form of its own.

Send the finished proposal

Suppose you've used a chat to work through a proposal for a four-day workweek pilot. You've considered coverage, agreed on a trial period, and settled on how to measure the result. Now you want a colleague to read the proposal before a meeting.

Open Share and select Prepare share. Bearly creates a standalone Page from the substance of the conversation. If several versions are in play, you can be specific in the chat: “Prepare a shareable Page of the final pilot proposal, including the coverage plan and success criteria.”

The Page should give your colleague the proposal itself, with the information they need to judge it. It is not an account of how the chat went. The same principle applies to creative work: when you share a story, the story belongs on the Page, including its ending.

The layout puts the important content near the top for someone opening the link on a phone. Serif headings and readable body text give it the feel of a short article. You can ask for a palette or style that suits the work.

Review while it takes shape

Preparation opens a draft screen. The title and content appear as they arrive, while the artwork is generated alongside the Page. You can see what is happening and select Stop sharing if you want to cancel. Closing the screen returns you to the chat while preparation continues.

Nothing is published at this stage. When the Page is ready, check the content and the link preview. Open Context for a new conversation to see the brief a reader will receive. If something needs changing, ask Bearly to revise it and prepare the updated version before you publish.

Choose an audience before selecting Publish. Anyone with the link lets readers open the Page without signing in, including people who receive a forwarded link. People and teams lets you restrict access to the people and teams you add through Manage viewers after publishing. Those readers need to sign in. Your organization's sharing policy controls which choices are available.

Public links include artwork, a title, and a description for messaging apps that display previews. You can copy the link alone, use Copy takeaways + link, or open your device's share sheet where supported. Restricted links may show a generic preview because their content requires sign-in.

Let your colleague take it further

Your colleague might agree with the pilot but want to explore a different coverage arrangement. On the Page, they can select Continue conversation in Bearly. After signing in, they get a new chat with the source link and a short brief attached. They can add their question and send it when ready.

That new chat starts from the brief. It does not copy your full thread or bring over original files as editable attachments. The source link stays available so the reader can return to what you published.

Share a file, too

For a PDF, image, or video you've made, open the file, select Share file, then Prepare share. Bearly prepares a Page with a download of the original. Supported media can be viewed or played in the reader's browser; the download remains available if the preview does not work.

Each share can include one original file up to 300 MB. Preparing the Page and its artwork uses your Bearly usage. Review the included file along with the Page before publishing it.

You can return to the saved Page to publish an update at the same link, change its audience, or unpublish it. A cached public Page can remain visible briefly after unpublishing, and copies someone has already downloaded remain with them.
