Careers
The product's exceptional.
The team should be too.
Bearly is a small, remote team across the U.S. building the most capable AI workspace in the world. We're hiring people who are unusually good at what they do — and who want range, ownership, and a high bar. If that's you, let's talk.
Open roles
Senior Enterprise Sales
Sales · Remote (U.S.) · Full-time
$120K base + uncapped commission
Carry a product that sells itself — to the people who haven't heard of us yet.
You'll be among the first dedicated sellers at Bearly. Hundreds of thousands of professionals already use us on their own — entire companies should. Your job is to go get them.
Full-cycle and high-autonomy: you'll source, run, and close enterprise deals end to end, and help shape how we sell as we scale. No bloated playbook to inherit, no air cover to hide behind.
We're after a real go-getter — someone who's carried a number and beaten it, who can hold a sharp conversation with a CTO and a CFO in the same hour, and who hears “no” as the start of the conversation.
$120K base with uncapped commission. Remote, anywhere in the U.S. The ceiling is yours to set.
Senior Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts
Sales · Remote (U.S.) · Full-time
$120K base + uncapped commission
Land the logos everyone says are too big to move.
Same seat, bigger game: you'll go after the largest, most-named accounts — the ones with long cycles, many stakeholders, and outsized payoff.
You'll multi-thread across security, finance, and the end users who already love us, and turn a grassroots following inside a company into a signed agreement.
You've closed six- and seven-figure deals, you're unfazed by a twelve-person buying committee, and you can map an org in your sleep.
$120K base with uncapped commission. Remote, anywhere in the U.S.
Staff Software Engineer
Engineering · Remote (U.S.) · Full-time
Own whole surfaces of a product that quietly does the work of five apps.
Bearly is one product across web, desktop, mobile, and the browser — all backed by a single Go API. You'd own surfaces end to end, from the schema to the pixels, for hundreds of thousands of people.
Our stack is deliberately boring where it should be and sharp where it counts: Go on the backend, TypeScript and React on the front, an Electron desktop app, and Python where it earns its place. We keep the bar high — real error handling, real instrumentation, real tests, no theater.
You've shipped things people depend on and have opinions about why they didn't break. You like range and ownership more than a narrow lane.
Infrastructure Engineer
Engineering · Remote (U.S.) · Full-time
Keep a fast, private system fast and private as it scales.
Everything we do runs on infrastructure that has to stay quick under load and private by default. You'd work close to the metal of that — Postgres, custom datastores, an encrypted sync layer, and the Go and Python services that hold it together.
This is the work that decides whether the product feels instant or sluggish, trustworthy or leaky. We care a great deal about the difference.
You think in failure modes, you measure before you tune, and you've run systems real people relied on without ever noticing they were there.
Founding Product Designer
Design · Remote (U.S.) · Full-time
Make a dense, powerful tool feel calm, fast, and obvious.
Our users are editors, founders, researchers, engineers — people with strong opinions and no patience for friction. The product has to earn their respect every session.
You'd shape flows that carry enormous capability without ever feeling heavy, and see your work in front of people within days, not quarters. Restraint is the craft here.
You design with real fidelity and you're fluent enough in code — TypeScript and React — to push your own work most of the way to shipped.
